As the evening unfolds, gather around the long table for a Province-to-Plate dining experience, thoughtfully curated by Executive Chef Harris Sakalis. The multi-course menu showcases seasonal highlights from our rooftop potager garden alongside the finest ingredients sourced from across BC’s farms, waters, and fields. Each menu is thoughtfully paired with bespoke selections from one of our featured Okanagan Valley wineries - The French Door, Burrowing Owl, or Quail’s Gate - offering an inspired taste of British Columbia’s wine country.
